PPL : Private Pilot LicenseThe PPL allows you to fly a fixed wing as Pilot in Command. With this license you will be allowed to hire and fly a fixed wing by yourself and take friends and family up. The main restriction with this license is that you are not allowed to receive any form of reward, in other words, you are not allowed to work with this license. In order to obtain a PPL you must;
CPL : Commercial Pilot LicenseThe CPL is the license that will allow you to work for money as a fixed wing pilot. With a basic CPL you are allowed to fly fixed wing on which you are rated during the day or night (provided you have a current night rating) and in visual weather conditions (VMC).
